Eligible applicant organizations must be registered and in good standing, and their programs must operate within the designated parishes. Supported programs may include, but are not limited to, arts, advocacy, dance, leadership development, literacy, STEM, and other comparable educational or enrichment activities. Grant funds are to be used specifically for tuition assistance to ensure equitable participation.
